I am writing to respectfully request your partnership in supporting Kingdom Co., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry rooted in faith, forged through adversity, and driven by a mission to redeem, restore, and rebuild lives through Jesus Christ.

Kingdom Co. was birthed from a personal testimony of deliverance—from addiction, incarceration, and brokenness—to purpose, discipline, and calling. Today, we serve the very people I once stood among: the addicted, the incarcerated, the lost, and the overlooked youth who stand at the crossroads of gangs or grace, pain or purpose.

Through our three-pillar model—a faith-based gym, a Christian clothing line, and a youth mentorship program—we help men and women rebuild their identity, strengthen their bodies, and walk boldly in the calling God has placed on their lives.

We are seeking funding to scale our outreach, expand our facility, and offer mentorship and spiritual support to the next generation before the world tells them who they are. With your support, we will continue to fight for souls in the streets, in the prisons, and in the gyms.

I would be honored to discuss this vision with you personally and answer any questions you may have.

Thank you for considering Kingdom Co. as a Kingdom investment.

With hope and humility,

Michael Frenchko

Request Proposal for Kingdom Co.

Transforming Lives Through Faith, Fitness, and Purpose

⸻

I. Executive Summary

Kingdom Co. is a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives physically, spiritually, and emotionally through a fusion of faith, fitness, and purpose. We serve at-risk youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, those recovering from addiction by offering access to a faith-based gym, a Christian clothing line, and discipleship-driven mentorship.

Our goal is to intercept destructive cycles—gang violence, addiction, incarceration—and redirect lives through the power of the Gospel, structure, community, and purpose.

⸻

II. Organization Background

Founded by Michael Frenchko, a U.S. Army veteran who encountered the redemptive power of Christ after years of addiction and incarceration, Kingdom Co. was established as a living testimony of God’s mercy. Michael’s transformation is the blueprint for this ministry, which now walks others through the same journey—from bondage to breakthrough.

Kingdom Co. operates through three main arms:

    1.    Faith-Based Gym Ministry

A gym that’s more than fitness—it’s a sanctuary for spiritual strength, healing, and discipleship.

    2.    Christian Clothing Line (Kingdom Co. Apparel)

A bold evangelistic tool that promotes Kingdom identity, creates job opportunities, and funds our mission.

    3.    Youth Mentorship Program

A Christ-centered initiative to disciple, coach, and redirect at-risk youth before gangs, drugs, or prison define their future.

⸻

III. Problem Statement

Incarceration, gang violence, and addiction are tearing through our youth and communities. Many lack mentors, safe spaces, and hope. Meanwhile, those exiting the prison system face overwhelming challenges reintegrating into society.

There is a spiritual war for identity—and Kingdom Co. is called to stand in the gap.

⸻

IV. Goals and Objectives

Our mission is to:

    •    Offer free mentorship and gym access to youth and individuals in recovery or reentry

    •    Equip young people with tools to reject gang culture and find Kingdom identity

    •    Build a community that encourages discipline, purpose, and discipleship

    •    Spread the Gospel through every rep lifted, every shirt printed, and every life touched

⸻

V. Program Activities

    •    Weekly fitness + discipleship sessions

    •    Youth training programs that combine Scripture, strength, and skill-building

    •    Evangelistic events and workshops

    •    Apparel production and outreach through Kingdom Co. gear

    •    Testimony-driven mentorship from men and women who’ve been redeemed

⸻

VI. Evaluation Plan

We measure success through:

    •    Enrollment and participation tracking

    •    Life change testimonies and baptisms

    •    Youth progression from at-risk to leadership

    •    Follow-up tracking with formerly incarcerated participants

    •    Reach and response through apparel and social impact

⸻

VII. Sustainability Plan

Kingdom Co. is intentionally designed to sustain long-term impact through:

    •    Revenue from Kingdom Co. Apparel

    •    Strategic partnerships with local churches, schools, and recovery homes

    •    Development of monthly donors and sponsors

    •    Volunteer engagement from the local community

    •    Future expansion into nationwide outreach and product distribution

⸻

VIII. Conclusion

Kingdom Co. is not just a nonprofit—it’s a Kingdom assignment. We are raising up warriors, not just workers; leaders, not just lifters. Every soul reached is a seed planted for revival in our streets and strength in our cities.

We invite you to partner with us in changing lives, shaping futures, and advancing the Kingdom of God—one soul at a time.

  • If your heart is stirred to support the mission of Kingdom Co., here are some ways you can contribute.
2 Corinthians 9

Now [remember] this: he who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and he who sows generously [that blessings may come to others] will also reap generously [and be blessed].
