Request Proposal for Kingdom Co.
Transforming Lives Through Faith, Fitness, and Purpose
⸻
I. Executive Summary
Kingdom Co. is a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming lives physically, spiritually, and emotionally through a fusion of faith, fitness, and purpose. We serve at-risk youth, formerly incarcerated individuals, those recovering from addiction by offering access to a faith-based gym, a Christian clothing line, and discipleship-driven mentorship.
Our goal is to intercept destructive cycles—gang violence, addiction, incarceration—and redirect lives through the power of the Gospel, structure, community, and purpose.
⸻
II. Organization Background
Founded by Michael Frenchko, a U.S. Army veteran who encountered the redemptive power of Christ after years of addiction and incarceration, Kingdom Co. was established as a living testimony of God’s mercy. Michael’s transformation is the blueprint for this ministry, which now walks others through the same journey—from bondage to breakthrough.
Kingdom Co. operates through three main arms:
    1.    Faith-Based Gym Ministry
A gym that’s more than fitness—it’s a sanctuary for spiritual strength, healing, and discipleship.
    2.    Christian Clothing Line (Kingdom Co. Apparel)
A bold evangelistic tool that promotes Kingdom identity, creates job opportunities, and funds our mission.
    3.    Youth Mentorship Program
A Christ-centered initiative to disciple, coach, and redirect at-risk youth before gangs, drugs, or prison define their future.
⸻
III. Problem Statement
Incarceration, gang violence, and addiction are tearing through our youth and communities. Many lack mentors, safe spaces, and hope. Meanwhile, those exiting the prison system face overwhelming challenges reintegrating into society.
There is a spiritual war for identity—and Kingdom Co. is called to stand in the gap.

⸻
VIII. Conclusion
Kingdom Co. is not just a nonprofit—it’s a Kingdom assignment. We are raising up warriors, not just workers; leaders, not just lifters. Every soul reached is a seed planted for revival in our streets and strength in our cities.
We invite you to partner with us in changing lives, shaping futures, and advancing the Kingdom of God—one soul at a time.
